Gary Pelletier
President & Founder
Gary, who resides in Thomaston, CT with his family, has been very active in installing, servicing, maintaining and controls installation for HVAC systems since 1996. His career experience and credentials include both HVAC and Plumbing, with contractor licenses in both classifications. Gary holds the following state and local licenses: CT S1 Unlimited Heating, Piping and Cooling Contractor, CT S2 Unlimited Heating, Piping and Cooling Journeyman, CT P1 Unlimited Plumbing and Piping, OSHA Occupational Safety and Health, and NATE certification (North American Technician Excellence)
Gary has a true sense of pride and passion for his business, which he started in 2004, his wife and their 11 years of marriage, his 4 children and the dedicated team he works with every day at Pelletier Mechanical Services, LLC. When he is not managing his business, he enjoys spending time with his family, motocross riding with his son Daniel, working around the home, attending services at Our Savior Lutheran in Thomaston, volunteering at the Landmark Community Theatre, fitness training, and meeting new people and families with similar interests.

Jolene Middleton
Customer Service Appointment Coordinator
Jolene is the leader of our Call Center at Pelletier Heating & Air. She resides in Thomaston with her daughter Bryanna. As a Customer Service Appointment Coordinator, she acts as a link between customers and Pelletier’s Service Department making sure that the lines of communication always remain open. She has worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and has always had the reputation for building trust and strong long-term relationships with customers. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Management with an Accounting focus from Tunxis Community College in Farmington, Connecticut. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movie night with her daughter, working on various crafts and baking (especially around the holidays!)

Chris is a Thomaston native currently living in Wolcott, CT. He comes to us with a wide range of skills, having graduated from Oliver Wolcott technical school and the American Motorcycle institute. Chris is a people person and enjoys solving heating and cooling problems while putting the customer's needs first. He enjoys BMX racing with his son, motorcross, and being a skydive instructor in his spare time.

Bill is a resident of Waterbury, Connecticut. He has over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, holds a State of Connecticut S2 License and is EPA and OSHA certified. His trade specialty is mechanical piping. As an Installer, Bill has a deep understanding of how our changing workforce influences the industry and customer expectations, because he has experienced it. Our customers appreciate how highly skilled and knowledgeable Bill is. When Bill is not installing HVAC systems, he enjoys sport shooting and keeping busy around his home.
