How Our Heating & Cooling Technicians Are Dealing With The COVID-19 Pandemic
Hello everyone! This is Jake with the Pelletier office team. Just wanted to check in with an update with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is affecting us:
As we are responsible for your home's comfort and therefore essential, we are still operating as usual and open for business. Our technicians are of course practicing all of the necessary sanitary procedures to keep the virus from spreading. Technicians and installers have been instructed to:
Follow social distancing procedures;
Wash hands before arriving at or when arriving at each job, and after leaving each job;
Not shake hands or have physical contact
Upon arrival, to ask you if anyone in the home or business is ill.
Ask if anyone has been exposed to or traveled to places experiencing the virus.
Wear masks and gloves in the proper way to maximize sterilization.
Our large order of UV air purifying filters has arrived and we have started the process of installing them. If you are interested in a bacteria killing UV light system that can install into your HVAC system please contact us. We will have a few left over still for sale and they really work!
We are offering *No Contact* AC Tune-Ups and Service to make sure your home is comfortable as we enter the warmer months. This will be on a case by case basis depending on your system's layout.
