Sales Manager

Works with production, tallying numbers, managing schedules and logistics, build a team of effective sales people who have a high ADL and are great representatives of the company and our services. 

Resident Sales Pro

-Learn our sales program cold

-Teach it to others.

-Hold regular training meetings to continually train and support others.

-Role-play with sales people.

-Ride along with other sales people

-Ask about appointments each day with challenges and outcomes.

-Coach

-Celebrate sales success.

-Create a culture of winning.

-Recruit more sales people as needed

Outside sales.

-Run sales leads.

Requirements:

Must fit our company culture.
