"Hello, please share my message with the owner and feel free to share with the public.  We are so impressed by the level of service and professionalism that we received from Tom Haggerty, Bill Berg, Asante Maldon and Darren Hatford.  I have never before been so impressed by a  company’s level of service.  When Tom came to give us an estimate he was very knowledgeable and offered us the guidance that we were looking for.  He suggested a few different options and provided me with 3 detailed quotes before leaving.  We contacted him multiple times with questions and concerns and he was always very pleasant and happy to help.  The technicians that came to our home, Darren, Asante and Bill far exceeded our expectations.  They completed our installation in 2 days, duct work and all.  They worked quickly in the sweltering heat, always pleasant and so kind to our family (even our dog!) never complained, I honestly do not think they even took a break during the 2 days.  What was most impressive is how neat and meticulous they were.  All 3 were perfectionist and they seem to work really well together.  They are an asset to your company and you should have peace of mind knowing that they are representing your business.  I would be happy to highly recommend Pelletier and feel really good about the decision that we made.  Thank you!"
